From April 1, the Ministry of Internal Affairs will transfer data on new passports of Russian citizens and changes in them to the Federal Tax Service.
According to the Telegram channel @ranarod, it is expected that from April 1, the Federal Tax Service will receive the following data from the Ministry of Internal Affairs:• About the initial issuance of a foreign passport;• About the replacement of a foreign passport;• On the issue of a second passport in addition to the first one;• About changes in personal data in the passport;• About statements about the loss of a foreign passport.There is an explanatory note to the original draft law, which states that obtaining information about foreign passports is necessary to automatically determine the tax and currency residency of individuals.
