The fee for the claim of documents with an apostille is $ 80, and without it — $ 40.Certificates of consular action will cost $ 10 if you need a document in Russian, and $ 20 if in a foreign language.Certificates of registration and removal from the consular register will be issued free of charge. The fee for renunciation of citizenship will be $ 130 instead of $ 65. You will have to pay $100 instead of $90 to change your name.A power of attorney for the right to use real estate for children, spouse, parents, full siblings will cost $ 40 instead of 30, and a power of attorney for the right to use real estate for other individuals and legal entities will cost 70 instead of 60.The fee for certifying other powers of attorney will be $ 40 instead of $30.Certification of contracts, the subject of which is subject to evaluation, is 5% of the contract amount — a minimum of 20 dollars, a maximum of 1000. Certification of transactions, the subject of which is not subject to evaluation, is $ 30.The certificate of the marriage contract is 120 dollars, the guarantee agreement is 5% of the amount of the contract — a minimum of 15 dollars, a maximum of 1000, the certificate of the will is 35 dollars.The issuance of a temporary residence permit will cost $ 50, the legalization of documents — 40, the restoration of a visa — 30.The cost of other consular actions can be found in the government decree.
